Job Role:
Customer Support Associate (Voice Process – Permanent Role)

Location:
Panchkula, Chandigarh, Zirakpur (Tricity)
Work Location: Amazon Development Centre, Panchkula, Haryana

Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound customer queries through voice support
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Follow Amazon’s processes and guidelines
Work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements

Qualification:
Minimum 10+2 pass
Graduates / Post Graduates can apply
Freshers are eligible
Candidates with BPO experience will have an advantage

Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Voice process / inbound process knowledge
Willingness to work night shifts and flexible week offs

Salary:
₹3,05,000 – ₹3,60,000 LPA

Other Details:
Walk-in Drive: 15th December to 18th December
Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Zeta meal card: ₹1,100/month (₹13,200 per year)
Health insurance cover up to ₹5 Lacs
Night shift allowance: ₹150 – ₹225 per shift
Overtime allowance as per business needs
5-day working week with 2 consecutive rotational offs
